Delete your account

You can delete your Collabily account and data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Collabily and go to Settings → Privacy & Accessibility → Delete Account.
2. Confirm twice, then enter your password.
3. Your account is deleted straight away and you're signed out.

If you have collaborations in progress (accepted or awaiting payment), finish or cancel them first. Deletion is blocked until then so nobody is left mid-deal.

Can't open the app?

Email support@collabily.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my Collabily account". We'll confirm it's you and delete the account, normally within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile, photos and videos, and your sign-in
• Your posts, and the likes and comments on them; likes and comments you made on other people's posts
• Your packages, followers and following
• Your messages and conversations
• Reviews you wrote or received
• Your push notification settings

What is kept, and for how long

• Records of completed payments and collaborations. These are also the other person's record, and we and our payment provider (Stripe) must keep transaction records for tax, accounting and legal reasons. They no longer link to a profile.
• Backups. Encrypted backups of our database can contain your data for up to about 14 weeks after deletion, and are then removed automatically.
• Anything we must keep to prevent fraud or comply with the law.
